What is the procedure for returning articles to the Feyenoord Fanshop?

You can return any items you have received to the Feyenoord Fanshop within 14 days of receipt. 

You will be able to inspect and try out these articles during this period.

If an article is found to be damaged when it is returned, the Feyenoord Fanshop reserves the right to charge compensation for such. 

The purchase price will be paid back into your bank account within two days after the returned article has been received by us (NB: if you have paid by credit card, it might take longer than two days for the credit card company to refund the amount to your account). From the time you send the article back to us, it should not take longer than 14 days for us to make the refund, on the condition the returned article has actually been received by us or you are able to provide proof to show that you have actually sent the article back to us.

You can return your order as follows: Ga to www.dhlsp.nl, enter your address details and then information about the nearest servicepoint will appear on your screen. You will be able to return your package there free of charge. You will be sent a barcode (proof of sending). You should keep this barcode in a safe place until the handling of the return consignment has been completed. When you hand in the package, remember to say that it came from the Feyenoord Fanshop Online.

NB! Items can be exchanged or returned on the condition they are still in the original packaging together with any labels (if reasonably possible) and you have enclosed a completed return/delivery note or a copy of such. DVDs, CDs and Videos can only be exchanged or returned if the packaging is still in the original condition (if reasonably possible). In order to try on clothing you may open the plastic seal. An exception to this rule are football shirts with names printed on them and other personalised products. If the printing and/or personalisation is not correct, then call 0900 - 1908 (45 ct p/c). If an article is found to be damaged when it is returned, the Feyenoord Fanshop reserves the right to charge compensation for such. See also our general supply terms and conditions.
